Description Kelo-Cote Scar Gel is an advanced formula silicone scar treatment that has been clinically-proven to to help prevent, treat and manage many kinds of scars, whether they’re from a burn or an accident, cosmetic surgery, a C-section or any other kind of operation. With an advanced blend of silicones that cross‐link and bond to your skin, Kelo-Cote dries within minutes and provides up to 24 hours of protection and treatment. Flexible, breathable layer helps to give the scar a flatter, softer and less noticeable appearance. Proven to help reduce redness, itching and irritation and discomfort. Suitable for use on children from 3 months of age. Can be used on both existing scars up to 4 years old and new scars. How to use: Start treatment as soon as the wound is closed or stitches are removed. Ensure that the affected area is clean and dry. Apply a very thin layer of Kelo-Cote onto the scar twice a day, do not rub in. Kelo-Cote self-dries within 5 minutes forming a flexible, waterproof, transparent layer – remove any excess product if it does not dry completely. Once dry, sunblock and cosmetics can be applied.
