The extra tacky texture keeps ear plugs in place for maximum effectiveness. Each pack contains a handy plastic carrying case How to insert: Make sure hands and ear openings are clean and dry. Shape the whole plug into a ball. Place plug over ear opening and flatten to form an airtight seal. Avoid hair. WARNINGS: Do not insert into the ear canal! COVER ONLY! How to Remove: To loosen and remove, press up behind the ear. Discard when soiled or no longer sticky (up to 5 uses).
