A very finely milled Austrian plain (960 grade) rye flour made from a blend of European and Asian ryes to ÖLMB Codex chapter B 20 standard. A bright uniformly white grey flour. Protein content average 8.3%. Packed in Ireland at Kells Wholemeal in Bennettsbridge. Suitable for bread, pastry and cake making.
