IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT VITAL BABY MICROWAVE STERILISING BAGS No matter which sterilisation method you choose, to sterilise effectively, you should ensure that all bottles, teats and accessories are disassembled and thoroughly cleaned before sterilising. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Follow the correct time for your microwave, do not heat for longer than recommended. Heating for more than the recommended time will damage the contents. Always allow to cool for a minimum of 3 minutes before removing from the microwave. Take care when handling the steriliser bag after heating, the bag and contents will be very hot. Wash hands thoroughly before handling sterilised items. Using less than the recommended amount of water may lead to distorted items. Do not overfill. Only sterilise items that are suitable for microwave sterilisation. Only use microwave-safe plastics in the sterilising bag. Do not put metallic items in the sterilising bag. Only use in a domestic microwave. Do not use in a conventional oven or grill. Inspect the sterilising bag before each use. Discard at first signs of damage.
